How It Works
ACCESS YOUR FUTURE is a sponsorship program with educational reimbursement benefits for individuals interested in a career in the equipment industry as a service technician. An education in diesel and heavy equipment technology is a solid foundation for a career in this industry and many of our managers and salespeople started as service technicians. Sponsorship is based on your admission to an accredited technical college and then qualification through an application and interview process for ACCESS YOUR FUTURE.
Upon qualification, you will become part of the RDO Equipment Co. service team with access to part-time work opportunities during the school year and potential for full-time in the summer. You will also be provided with uniforms for both school and work.
After graduating, you will be eligible for full time employment in our service department. Once you begin your full-time employment, RDO Equipment Co. will reimburse your educational expenses up to $8,000 depending on the program.
